Any practitioner whose application for CNHC registration or renewal of registration is refused and who wishes to appeal against that decision is asked to note the steps in the procedure.
Step 1: Please complete and submit the Appeal Form, which can be downloaded here.
Step 2: CNHC Registrar will consider whether the reasons for your appeal and any additional information provide sufficient basis for the refusal of registration to be rescinded, taking legal advice when necessary.
Step 3: When refusal of registration is not rescinded, an Appeal Panel comprised of three members of the CNHC Board of Directors will determine your appeal and provide reasons for their decision. The decision of the Appeal Panel is final.
