As part of the “One You” campaign, the NHS and Public Health England have a new initiative encouraging adults to kick-start 2019 by taking the free "How Are You?" health quiz. At the end of the quiz, people receive a health score and are signposted to a range of resources available. The quiz is a tool to encourage the public to think about the current state of their health and to take small steps to improve it.

As highlighted in the RSPH/PSA ‘Untapped Resources’ report, CNHC registrants are well placed to have conversations with the public about improving their health and wellbeing – whether that be by eating better, stopping smoking or simply getting advice.

CNHC is encouraging registrants to support public health initiatives where possible. Your support demonstrates your dedication to combat the public health initiatives highlighted in the NHS Long Term Plan. We have made a number of resources available to registrants to promote the campaign. Simply login to MyCNHC and scroll down to the section listed “How Are You”.

If you are interested in more initiatives and resources, you can create an account with Public Health England to gain access to their Campaign Resource Centre. By creating an account you will have access to more digital and print resources for “How Are You”, as well as resources for other public health campaigns.
