The Macmillan Butterfly Centre at Epsom Hospital seeks Volunteer aromatherapists/massage therapists.

The Macmillan Butterfly Centre has been established at Epsom General Hospital for 15 years providing information, support and a range of complementary therapies to people affected by cancer. They also have a small satellite service at St Helier Hospital in Carshalton

They have recently lost two of their longstanding aromatherapy and massage therapists at both their Epsom and St Helier centres so they are appealing to experienced, qualified therapists who may be interested in offering their services on a voluntary basis to help patients and their relatives and carers.

Induction training and ongoing support will be provided and all travel expenses will be paid.

Therapists come to the centre for 1 morning or afternoon on a fortnightly basis and see three clients (patients or carers). The days and times are negotiable.

If you think you may be interested, please call Teresa on 01372 735456 for a chat and further information.
