  • Entry on CNHC’s online register: CNHC registrants appear on our national register which has received over 370,000 searches since the register opened in 2009.
     
  • Use of the CNHC Quality Mark: CNHC registrants are able to use the CNHC ‘Quality Mark', which incorporates the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) accreditation mark, on your website and in publicity materials. Click here for information on Using the CNHC Quality Mark
     
  • Access to MyCNHC: All CNHC registrants have access to MyCNHC where you can download a wide range of useful resources including PR and marketing support, personalised leaflet templates and letters to take to GP surgeries. Click here for information about MyCNHC
     
  • Accredited Register: CNHC's register is approved as an Accredited Register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA), a body accountable to Parliament. All CNHC registrants can say that they are on CNHC’s Accredited Register.   • General Medical Council guidance: to doctors confirms that they are able to refer patients to practitioners on Accredited Registers – this includes all CNHC registrants. The government also recommends that when people are looking for a health practitioner who is not regulated by law, they only consult a practitioner on an accredited register.
     
  • Employment opportunities: An increasing range of employers are requiring CNHC registration. We regularly publish details of job and volunteer roles for CNHC registered practitioners on our website, Facebook page and Twitter feed.
