Lynne was involved in the management of the Holistic Cancer Care Centre at The James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough from 2008 until 2013. The Centre provides complementary healthcare treatments, support and advice to cancer patients and their main carer and is run as one of the charities under the South Tees Hospitals Charity. Her background covers retail, publishing, regeneration and local government, Lynne diversified and trained into Complementary Therapies in 1995 and is a multi disciplined practitioner. After taking early retirement Lynne now volunteers as a Complementary Healthcare Practitioner at The Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Centre at Harrogate District Hospital. Lynne is passionate about effective professional regulation within complementary therapies and is delighted to be involved with the CNHC.
