Patricia Murch

Patricia has 20 years experience working in education including having been a Director of Norfolk Adult Education Service and managing a training and consultancy company. She is a trustee of a community development charity and involved with an Asperger syndrome charity.  Her interest in complementary therapies increased during her MA in Education, when children with dyslexia showed significant improvements during her dissertation study on the effectiveness of educational kinesiology on reading abilities.   Her long term goal is to provide excellent, independently verified research to establish which complementary therapies achieve the most effective results and warrant public funding.

Diana has an interest in professional regulation, particularly continuing professional development, in terms of how this can be made flexible and meaningful for practitioners and also in support for practitioners through coaching, mentorship and clinical supervision. She has a certificate in reflexology and therapeutic massage but no longer practices in these areas.
