Board Meetings |
Attendance as Observer at meetings of CNHC Board From October 2009 three observer places will be available at Open Sessions of CNHC Board meetings. Places will then be allocated on a first come, first served basis as we want to give as many individuals as possible the opportunity to attend, but priority will be given to applications from individuals who have not previously attended a meeting. A waiting list will be kept if applications exceed places. Observers will not be able to attend more than three consecutive meetings. Meetings of the Board will take place as follows: 1.00 pm - 4.00 pm on: Meetings will normally take place at the CNHC's offices at 83 Victoria Street (see contact us for map) Applications for observer places should be sent to events@cnhc.org.uk or you can telephone 0203 178 2199. The agenda and copies of Board papers for the Open Session will be made available to observers on arrival. Places must be pre-booked a minimum of 21 days or 15 working days before the meeting date. We will let observers know whether they have been allocated a place two weeks before the meeting date. Unfortunately we are not able to offer places to individuals who turn up on the day. Please note: Observers will not be able to contribute to Board discussions although there will be an opportunity to speak informally with Board members after the Board meeting ends. Committees |
CNHC has three committees that support the work of the council. Each committee is chaired by a member of the CNHC Board and members have been recruited through a process of external advertising and selection. Members serve for an initial period of three years. Please click on committee name below for information on committee members: CNHC has a Profession Specific Board (PSB) for each of the disciplines registered with CNHC. See The Role of PSBs for further information. |
